I had found people complaining about the buses in groups on Facebook and answered them (which surprisingly made them all go very quiet!). When I launched the bus station Twitter feed and blog, I promoted these to those groups and got a small number…

applying cwnm after it's over
I'm rather ashamed of myself as I haven't really applied much of what I learned since I finished which was some time ago. I kind of drifted away from the MA towards the end, as what I really wanted to do didn't really fit the general idea and atmosphere, I felt.
