I'd be interested in this, Kirsty, but at the moment my schedule is just chock-a-block. For one thing it sounds like it could be an interesting way to extend the remix - aka R3/\/\1X\/\/0RX www.remixworx.net - into the real world - remixing reality!…

Hi Kirsty - Anyone can add photos to their own page and I think the photos playing on the main page are set to show photos 'recently added' (see edit) which I think means any photos recently added to the site as a whole. I've added photos from my fl…

Can I just say - THANK YOU CHRISTINE, the ning looks much better now! A question - which is probably really obvious - but can any of us add photos to loop that plays on our home page? If so, is there a size you found worked well? Could be good to d…

Hi Toni - great idea. Here's a tip: Install the Firebug plugin for the Firefox web browser. It deconstructs the code behind web pages - shows you all the HTML and CSS - and you can even edit web pages live too with it, so you can actually see what…

Hi Christine, I have been chatting to Kirsty about us sharing our critical commentaries so that we can get an insight into other students working approach. Kirsty is on for sharing, and so am I, and I hope that you and others will be too. I think we can learn a great deal from the way people approach a project. Well, I know I can because I always feel that I start off in a very slap-dash, vague sort of way. You and Kirsty seem to be particularly methodical in your approach. I have always been impressed by that. Anyway, I am waffling. Mainly, I wanted to ask you where I can upload my crit comm for all to see. Do we have a single sharing space, like the cafe space in BB (sorry to mention that old bugger)?

hi Christine - nice to get the invite. Not sure how I hook up with the others listed. Hope things are well with you. My news is I start a post at City University, in Music (directing the electronic music studios) in January, but hoping to subvert it thoroughly with a healthy infusion of new media writing. Let's keep in touch.

Am teaching a little writing for the web course at Anglia Ruskin right now - had Chris Joseph come and speak today, and all the students had fun looking at the remix blog pages. We're using wetpaint.com - a joy compared to blackboard!

best,

Katharine
